The property conveyed herein shall be subject to the following covenants, limitations, and restrictions which shall run with the land and shall be binding on all parties and all persons claiming title from the parties herein or their successors or assigns and the
enforcement of these covenants, limitations and restrictions may be brought by any person owning any portion of the above described property in any court of law or equity who shall be entitled to recover their attorney fees and cost in the event of any violation thereof:
1. Any home placed and/or erected on said property must contain at least 1400 heated square foot.
2. All electricity from the road to the home must be placed underground.
3. No Swine, Chickens or Goats shall be permitted to be allowed on said property.
4. Horses, Cows, and domestic animals may be maintained on said property provided the same are restricted to their tract or parcel of land.
5. Lots may be re-subdivided provided health department approval is obtained.
6. All lot owners agree to comply with all T.V.A., federal, state and county rules, regulations, restrictions, and guide lines.
7. No School Buses shall be allowed on said property.
